Bamboo Veneered Frame

It is joined from pieces of bamboo veneered moulding. And bamboo veneered moulding is made from bamboo veneer wrapped on the solid wood. Bamboo veneer is made of natural bamboo by high technology.

This type of photo frame possesses the following characteristics:

1. Naturally unique grain and node

It has two kinds of grain structure----horizontal grain and vertical grain.
Horizontal gain features a distinct traditional bamboo nodes characteristic that repeats naturally throughout the plank. Vertical grain structure features a clean contemporary characteristic with the appearance of long, flowing, linear grain.

2. Elegant color

It has two main colors----natural color and carbonized color.
Natural color of bamboo is elegant light. Carbonized color looks noble and will not fade because it is not resulted from staining or dyeing.
The Bamboo veneer is much easier to be dyed than bamboo piece, so there are more colors available, such as green, red and blue etc. Most importantly, the bamboo natural grain and nodes are still clear on look.

3. Environmentally friendly

Bamboo grows to maturity much faster than wood: bamboo matures in 5～~6 years.
While hardwood matures in 15~～30 years Bamboo is rapidly renewable in nature. Utilization of bamboo resource is no destruction of forest.

The frames are available with sizes of 3½″×5″, 4″×6″, 5″×7″, 6″×8″ and 8″×10″.
Also we can custom make any other sizes by requirement.
